Experience in a busy restaurant is essential but we offer quick on the job training to get the candidate up to speed.

Front of House

  • Receiving and confirming walk-in, phone, and online reservations

  • Accepting and informing the relevant staff about food and beverage requests

  • Mixing and pouring drinks, as needed

  • Clearing glassware, silverware, and crockery from each table once guests have completed their meals, or upon request

  • Ensuring Bar / Restaurant is clean at all times

  • Maintaining stock levels

  • Excellent communication skills with Kitchen

  • Positive attitude for the job with excellent customer service

  • Locking up duties

Head Chef / Second Chef

  • Food Hygiene (Level 2 or above) - Online course available if not achieved 

  • Previous experience in a busy kitchen / Restaurant 

  • All Kitchen Duties to be carried out

  • Maintain stock levels and order stock if necessary 

Kitchen Porter

  • Helping run food to tables to assist front of house staff

  • Ensuring all Kitchen areas are clean at all times

  • Excellent communication skills with Kitchen staff & front of house

  • Positive work attitude who is willing to progress.

  • Washing Pots, pans, cutlery & dishes in a busy working environment

  • Cleaning down & sanitising kitchen area at the end of service to a high standard

  • Light prep work to assist the kitchen staff get ready for service
